With CNC Tube laser and cuttingline machines, the tubes are cut from 10 mms to 120 mms under the numeric control.
MIG – MAG – TIG and soldering welding techniques are applied to the product classes. Robotic welding is existed too.
All round and horizontal materials are polished with our high quality polishing machines up to requested sand quality before the plating. The last polishing control of the parts is by hand finished.
With CNC and NC bending machines the round and rectangle Tubes are bended from 10 mm to 60 mm. The CNC machines are 5 axises and it can bend up to 51 mm with very sharp edges. In the CNC Wire Bending machine from 6 mm up to 14 mm wires are bended.
In our full automatic powder coating complex, Washing, Phosphating, Drying, Coating and Curing processes are made. The powder coating process is applaid in two different Coating cabins with 6 powder pistols.
Hundreds of different sheet pressed parts are made in our presses which are from up to 300 tons. 90 % of the moulds are made by us, which are used in our presses.
The carbon steel materials are plated under our 40 years experiences in the electroplating process. The whole analyses of the chemicals are made in our laboratory and the necessary additional chemicals are determined. The plated surfaces (Brilliant, Satin) which are plated in our factory, are tested according to the DIN 50021 salt test norm and minimum 96 hours durability is seen.
The requested parts are made according to technical drawings in the CNC Fraise and Turning machines. The necessary CAD/CAM programs are drawn by our personals.
Product, Mould and necessary equipments are drawn by using SolidWorks. All own drawings and the CAD/CAM programs which are used in the CNC machines, are programmed by our experienced personals.

The raw materials are controlled according to Bursali control processes before the production. And the latest surface control is made of the part under the 100% white lights. If the part passed, it is packaged. The staff is trained regularly about the quality processes and new projects
The sheet materials are cut up to 15 mm thickness in the high technology Fiber laser machine.
With 300 Tons 3 Axis CNC sheet bending machine, we can bend the sheets as 10 mm thickness up to 3000 mm length.
